NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. -- A Tampa Bay area woman is in jail after she failed a drug test -- even though authorities say she was using another woman's urine.
Authorities say 20-year-old Mishelle Salzgeber had to take a drug test at her meeting with her probation officer. Afraid she wouldn't pass, they say she put a bottle of a friend's urine inside her vagina and then tried to pass it off as her own. Unfortunately for Salzgeber, that urine tested positive for drugs and she was hauled off to the Pasco County Jail.
According to WTSP news, it was there that authorities spotted the small empty vodka bottle on an X-ray. They say she then confessed.
